Steps to compare two columns in excel

Step 1: Comparing Fruit list 1 and Fruit list 2
Step 2: Select both the columns and Go to: Home> Conditional Formatting> Highlight Cells Rules > Duplicate Values and click on Duplicate Values
Step 3: On clicking Duplicate Values, the below box appear. Click ok.
Step 4: Final Result- The duplicate values in two columns are highlighted in red
